Description

Municipality in the upper part of the Aosta Valley, known as Valdigne. Situated at 1001 m above sea level and crossed by the ancient road that led to the Petit St Bernard, the village is rich in historical-architectural testimony and is home to a museum of sacred art located in the church of the ancient village.
Although converted into a residential centre, the commune retains its agricultural identity thanks to viticulture: one of the 'highest' white wines in Europe is produced here, thanks to the exploitation of an indigenous vine.
