I -INFORMATION RELATING TO THE WEBSITE'S PRIVACY POLICY

This section contains information relating to the management of inalto.og with reference to the processing of inalto.org users' data.
This information is also valid for the purposes of art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, Code for the protection of personal data, and for the purposes of art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, for persons interacting with inalto.org and can be reached at the address corresponding to the home page: inalto.org/pages/privacy
The information is real only for inalto.org and not also for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links contained therein.
The purpose of this document is to provide indications regarding the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when connecting to the web pages of inalto.org, independently of the purposes of the connection itself, according to Italian and European legislation.
The information notice may be subject to change due to the introduction of new regulations in this regard, we therefore invite the user to periodically check this page.

The processing of data generated by the use of inalto.org takes place at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen (DE)
In case of necessity, the data connected to the newsletter service may be processed by the data controller or by data subjects appointed by the latter for this purpose at their offices.

III - COOKIES

1. Type of cookies

The inalto.org site uses cookies to make the user's browsing experience easier and more intuitive: cookies are small text strings used to store certain information that may relate to the user, their preferences or their Internet access device (computer, tablet or mobile phone) and are mainly used to adapt the site's operation to the user's expectations, offering a more personalised browsing experience and storing the choices made previously.
A cookie consists of a small set of data transferred to the user's browser by a web server and can only be read by the server that carried out the transfer. It is not executable code and does not transmit viruses.

2. Technical cookies

There are numerous technologies used to store information on the user's computer, which is then collected by other sites. Of these, the best known and most widely used is HTML. They are used for navigation and to facilitate the user's access and use of the site. They are necessary for the transmission of communications over electronic networks or for the provider to provide the service requested by the customer.

In terms of duration, a distinction can be made between temporary session cookies, which are automatically deleted at the end of the browsing session and are used to identify the user and thus avoid logging in on each page visited, and permanent cookies, which remain active on the computer until they expire or are deleted by the user.
Session cookies may be installed in order to allow access and permanence in the reserved area of the portal as an authenticated user.
These are not memorised in a persistent manner but only for the duration of navigation until the browser is closed and disappear when the browser is closed. Their use is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers consisting of random numbers generated by the server and necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the site.

3. Third-party cookies

In relation to the origin, a distinction is made between cookies sent to your browser directly from the site you are visiting and third-party cookies sent to your computer from other sites and not from the one you are visiting.
The permanent cookies are often third-party cookies.
The majority of third party cookies are tracking cookies used to detect online behaviour, understand interests and then tailor advertising propositions to users.
Third party analytical cookies may be installed. These are sent from domains of the aforementioned third parties external to the site.
Third-party analytical cookies are used to detect information about user behaviour on inalto.org. The collection is done anonymously in order to monitor performance and improve the usability of the site. Third-party profiling cookies are used to create profiles of users on inalto.org, in order to propose advertising messages in line with the choices expressed by the users themselves.
The use of these cookies is governed by the rules drawn up by the third parties themselves. Therefore, users are invited to read the privacy notices and the indications for managing or disabling cookies published on the relevant web pages.

4.Profiling cookies

These are profiling cookies that create user profiles and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the same during web browsing.
When using these types of COOKIES the user must give explicit consent.
Article 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and article 122 of the Data Protection Code shall apply.

IV - DATA PROCESSED

1.Method of data processing

Like all websites, this site also makes use of log files in which information collected in an automated manner during user visits is stored. The information collected may be as follows:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- Type of browser and parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
- Name of the internet service provider (ISP);
- Date and time of visit;
- Web page from which the visitor came from (referal) and exit;
- Number of times the pages were accessed.
The above information is test rate in automated form and collected in aggregate form only for the purpose of verifying the correct operation of the site and for security reasons. Such information will be test-rated according to the legitimate interests of the owner.
For security purposes (anti-spam filters, firewalls, virus detection) the automatically recorded data may possibly also include personal data such as the IP address, which could be used, in compliance with applicable laws, to block attempts to damage the site itself or to harm other users or activities that are harmful or constitute a crime. Such data is never used to identify or profile the user, but only for the purpose of protecting the site and its users; such information will be used in accordance with the legitimate interests of the owner.
When the site allows for the posting of comments, or in the event of specific services requested by the user, including the possibility of sending a Curriculum Vitae for a possible employment relationship, the site automatically detects and records certain user identification data, including the user's e-mail address. This data is understood to be voluntarily provided by the user when requesting the service. By entering a comment or other information, the user expressly accepts the privacy policy and, in particular, consents to the contents entered being freely disclosed to third parties. The data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the service requested and only for the time necessary for the provision of the service.
The information that users of the site deem to make public through the services and tools made available to them, is provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, exempting this site from any liability for any violations of the law. It is up to the user to verify that he/she has the permissions to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations.

2.Purposes of data processing

The data collected by the site during its operation are used exclusively for the purposes indicated above and stored for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities and, in any case, no longer than 2 years.
Data used for security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the aforementioned purpose.

3.Data provided by the user

As indicated above, the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary in order to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summarised information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

This website also incorporates plugins and/or buttons for social networks, in order to enable easy sharing of content on your favourite social networks. These plugins are programmed so as not to set any cookies when you access the page in order to safeguard your privacy. Cookies are only set, if at all, by social networks when the user makes actual and voluntary use of the plugin. Please note that if the user navigates while logged into the social network then he/she has already consented to the use of cookies conveyed through this site at the time of registration with the social network.

V- USER RIGHTS

Art. 13 co. 2 of EU Regulation 2016/679 lists the user's rights.org intends, therefore, to inform the user about the existence:
- of the data subject's right to ask the data controller for access to personal data (art. 15 EU Regulation), their updating (art. 7, co. 3, lett. a of D.lgs 196/2003), their rectification (art. 16 EU Regulation), their integration (art. 7, co. 3 lett. a D.lgs 196/2003), the limitation of their processing (art. 18 EU Regulation) or to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to their processing (art. 21 EU Regulation), as well as the right to data portability (art. 20 EU Regulation);
- the right to request the deletion (art. 17 EU Regulation), transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed (art. 7 co. 3, lett. b of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003);
- the right to obtain certification that the operations of updating, rectification, integration of data, cancellation, blocking of data, transformation, have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right (art. 7 co. 3, lett. c of Legislative Decree 196/2003).
Requests may be addressed to the data controller at the above-mentioned email address (without formalities) or using the form provided by the Garante for the protection of personal data.
When processing is based on Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a - express consent to use - or art. 9 paragraph 2 letter a - express consent to use genetic data, biometric data, data relating to health, data revealing religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions - the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
Equally, in the event of a breach of the legislation, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, as the authority in charge of supervising the processing in the Italian State.

VI - FULFILLMENTS

The data controller shall notify the Garante of the processing of personal data it intends to carry out, only if the processing concerns:
- genetic data, biometric data or data indicating the geographical location of persons or objects by means of an electronic communication network;
- data disclosing health and sex life, processed for the purpose of assisted procreation, provision of health services by telematic means relating to databases or the supply of goods, epidemiological surveys, detection of mental, infectious and diffusive diseases, seropositivity, transplantation of organs and tissues and monitoring of health expenditure;
- data disclosing sex life or mental health, processed by associations, bodies and non-profit organisations, including unrecognised ones, of a political, philosophical, religious or trade-unionist character;
- data processed with the aid of electronic means aimed at defining the profile or personality of the data subject or analysing consumer habits and choices or monitoring the use of electronic communication services, with the exception of processing operations that are technically essential for providing such services to users
sensitive data recorded in databases for the purpose of personnel selection on behalf of third parties as well as sensitive data used for opinion polls, market research, and other sample research;data recorded in special databases managed by electronic means and relating to the risk of financial solvency, the financial situation, the proper performance of obligations, and unlawful or fraudulent conduct.

VI - SECURITY OF THE DATA PROVIDED

This site processes user data in a lawful and correct manner, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of data. Processing is carried out using computer and/or telematic instruments, with organisational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.
In addition to the data controller, in some cases, categories of persons involved in the organisation of the site (administrative, marketing, commercial, legal, system administrators) or external parties such as (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) may have access to the data.
