.Introduction
Beautiful and challenging via ferrata in a beautiful environment, suitable for those who are already somewhat familiar with this type of activity. There is, however, the possibility of avoiding the more difficult sections with paths.
Description
The Ferrata dei Funs is as challenging as it is spectacular. The first section is certainly the most challenging with several overhanging passages. It then continues on a decidedly steep, but nevertheless partly equipped, path until reaching a second rock jump, which can also be reached from a longer path that cuts across the challenging section. From here, you climb up a non-trivial section to a traverse that leads to a breathtaking Tibetan bridge, beyond which you continue along a traverse to the summit. This last part can also be avoided via a less demanding via ferrata section. The descent is partly on a path, partly again equipped. From my point of view, it is advisable to assess the feasibility of the route at the start, since once the ascent has begun, it is very difficult to turn back.
