Beyond the Tsa de Flassin, from the Pré Neuf car park

Introduction

From the tsa, one can continue towards Monte Flassin. Behind the tsa, two steep slopes are overcome, facilitated by the skiers' tracks, otherwise it is necessary to look for the less steep points, at the end of which a less steep little valley is passed to the right to reach the NE ridge about fifty metres below the summit of the mountain, with a fantastic view of the Citrin comba, at an altitude there of about 2700 m. This is where skiers stop (ice axes and crampons may be needed for the summit and there may be cornices) and this is where I also stopped. Allow an hour and a half from the tsa.
