Description

From Pattemouche 1585 m, walk along the bottom of the valley, cross the bridge over the Chisone, reach the Laval plain, cross the Arcane brook and touch the plateau of "La Tuccia". At an altitude of 1,772 m, touch the fork for Troncea, cross the Restas brook (or Courba brook) and quickly reach the plateau at the confluence of the Michele brook with the Chisone. At the end of the plain where the Michele stream joins the Chisone, climb up into the gully that descends from the northwest face of the Pelato itself. After a short stretch, you leave it on the left and through an area with little vegetation you come to about 2080 metres in an area with canals and slopes that are not accessible. Take the forest to the left of these channels and you will come to a small hump and the next short ramp, from which you will reach the wide, even upper slope. From here, over easier terrain, you reach the summit without any other obstacles. on 01/05/2009 stopped just beyond the forest because of the unstable mantle and the numerous avalanches seen and heard in the area.
