Emperor's Tour, between the Boch and Graffer refuges

    Access
Near the Carlo Magno Pass (Val Rendena), park in the only free parking spaces before the Grostè lift.
Introduction
Short loop retracing part of the Emperor's lap.
Description
Take the cable car up to the middle station of the Boch Hut, 2,080 m. From here, you follow the vertical signposts of the Emperor's Tour. You cross vast meadows, which in foggy weather could be misleading... In short, you arrive at Spinale Lake (2,052 m). You still lose altitude until you intercept the path that leads from Graffer to Vallesinella. From this point, we ascend to the left to the Graffer refuge (2,261 m). The weather seems to be taking a turn for the worse... We decide to suspend the tour and take advantage of the forest track that descends to Grostè... Continuing to lose altitude, we reach the area of the ski lifts and then the car.

In summary: gloomy day - dif. E - difference in altitude +250 m -650 m for about 3h15 Tot. 11 km + all the breaks to see the various places we encounter. Sufficient comfort
